It depends on where you are!

  • In Italy, we ship with GLS, either standard (1–3 business days) or express (12–48 hours). You can also request phone notice or cash on delivery during checkout.
  • In Europe (Austria, France, Germany, Spain and others), we use GLS and deliveries usually arrive within 4–8 business days.
  • For international non-EU shipping (USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada, and more), we rely on Mailboxes – FedEx, with delivery times ranging from 6–15 business days.

You’ll receive an email or SMS with your shipping details, and you can change the delivery address directly with the courier.

We prepare each order with care and love! Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, barring any unexpected delays.

Here’s a general guide from the date of purchase:

  • Classic liqueurs (Limoncello, Arancello, Fennel, Liquorice): 2 years
  • Cream liqueurs (Lemon, Pistachio, Melon, La Folie): 6 months
    Please remember to store cream liqueurs in the fridge, especially after opening.

As for chocolates, candies, oils, and vinegars, the expiration date is always listed on the packaging.

Of course! If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you’re entitled to a refund. We kindly ask that you send us photos showing the issue, including a photo of the production batch.
Once we’ve verified your request, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
